The manufacturer is Apple... And no, I did it and Apple does not
make a driver for its own Mighty Mouse to run on its own OS Panther...
Nothing strange form a company that does not even cares if its dealers
con their customer selling them used and obsolete machines as new.

This is getting pretty silly, IMO. Apple only started including the
Mighty Mouse with Macs with Tiger installed. Anyone buying an older Mac
with Panther gets the old one-button mouse. And anyone buying a Mighty
Mouse who bothers to read the system requirements can see plain as day
that it requires at least 10.4.2.

Why are you blaming Apple when the fault is with a dishonest dealer???
Take the Mac back to the store and DEMAND what you have paid for, if you
paid for a new Mac then you have the right to demand one, if they refuse
then take it up with whatever your equivalent of trading standards is in
your country, also if that fails then kick up a stink in your local
paper, just make sure everyone knows the fault lies with the store. you
cannot expect the manufacturer to police each and every outlet.
