Completely smashed the case and LCD. I think he had Apple Care tho' but even so he took it to Apple ( here I'm thinking "no way") but they repaired it brand new for nothing. It's worth a shot . The only cheaper option would be to find a bad laptop with a good screen on ebay. A crap shoot and you would need to know how to take the laptop apart and swap the screens. Richard |
