Has anyone had success running these converters?
I have a G4/500 and I would like to use a Yamaha
CD-R/RW CRW8424sx external drive with ultra scsi.

Your input would be appreciated

for get the converter. Use Adaptec 2930 scsi pci card, make sure it has
rom version 4.2 or 4.3 to ensure deep sleep under Panther.

I appreciate your suggestion.
I have a Grappler_930U - but couldn't get it to work
so I guess I'll have to pick up the 2930
Thanks
