If I deceided to install a bluetooth adapter in a new mac, will i be
able to use any device that is bluetooth enable; like a keyboard and
mouse. now, some desktops sets k'n m come with their own transmiter;
will the bluetooth adapter in the computer accept the devices and up to
how many devices can i connect. will it make my computer run slower.

Thanks

If you attach a bluetooth connector it should function with any
bluetooth device, even if that device came with its own connector.  I've
heard many people for example say they bought a Logitech or Microsoft BT
mouse and it worked as soon as they turned it on without using the
included adapter.

And I don't see any reason to think a bluetooth adapter would make your
computer run slower.  Ultimately the computer treats it like any other
USB device.

As far as "how many devices", I really don't know what the max is.
