I'm utterly confused, i am able to open Excel and click on one of my files but it won't appear. It says it is open and won't let me reopen it, but i can't see it. It just shows me another spreadsheet. What can i do?

Is the file hidden - visible in windows-unhide? Is the file offscreen -
windows-arrange? Have you updated to the latest version of Office (12.1.4)?
