CELL SELECTION WITH ARROW KEYS

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

I am unable to change selection of a cell with the arrow keys; when attempting to change cell by using the arrow keys, the cell selected remains the same and instead, it is the screen which move.

For example, if the cursor is in A! and the screen shows from A! to A59 and I use the down arrow key to select cell B1, the selected cell remains A1 but the screen now shows from A2 to A60. The similar happens if sideways.

How can I fix this?

Thanks

Sounds like you've got Scroll Lock turned on. Try typing Shif-F14 to
turn it off.
