Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel CAN NOT CHANGE THE LETTERS (ALL TO CAPITAL LETTERS) FROM MY CELLS. Actually, I ca not find thisservice at toolbar. Hi, Excel's forte is not word processing, it's working with formulas and data. So switch gears a little bit and think of using a cell formula instead of a button on a toolbar. There's a worksheet function called UPPER. For details about how to use UPPER, just search Excel's help system on the topic UPPER. If you can provide a description of what you actually need to accomplish there may be some alternatives. Otherwise I can only suggest using the Caps Lock as you type.
