Hi,

I have the following data table:

Plant           Acct                      July           Aug        Sep
Oct       Dec

Lincoln        000.01000               0              0             0
 25         -25
Lincoln        000.01100                0               0           0
  0           0
Lincoln        000.01200                25             97         69
0           5

Is it possible to use the Advanced Filter function in excel to look at each
month for each line and omit lines that have zeroes for all months and copy
to another area lines that have data for the six months.  Whether it be data
in just one month  or if the data zeros out at the end of the year.  I want
to be able to capture that fluctuation through the year.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

If I understand correctly: In the Criteria Range use <>0 for each month but
on separate rows. For example, if the Month captions in the Criteria Range
for July-Dec occupy M1:R1 put the <>0 in cells M2, N3, O4, P5, Q6, & R7. Be
sure to specify the entire set of rows (say H1:T7) as your Criteria Range.
