From the Function Reference documentation for Excel 4:
GET.CELL returns information about the formatting, location, or contents of
a cell. The syntax is GET.CELL(type_num,reference). There are 53 possible
values for type_num. With type_num = 6, the function returns "Formula in
reference, as text, in either A1 or R1C1 style depending on the workspace
setting."
