One of our clients sent me a sloppy spreadsheet in that...in one on the columns there is so much text that it made that particular column...super super wide in contrast to the rest of the columns. What would be the best way to deal with this...of course if I drag the column to the left it will look smaller but then we wont be able to read the text. Wrapping the text within the cell is what I think would be best...how do you wrap text for all the cells within a column? I'm doing this so I can get a printable version that's readable...of course most likely I'll span the printable version over a few pages, or choose landscape...

Thanks for your help, hope that's clear...

To wrap text in a cell, select the cell(s) or the entire column in your
case, then go to the format menu, chose cells, and then the alignment tab.
Check wrap text in the bottom left of the dialog.
