Version: 2004 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) Processor: Power PC In word it's command end. But in Excel, that is taking me to hundreds of blank rows past the last row of text. What should I do? In general, it's better not to hijack a thread with a separate question - start a new one instead. But, since you did, use the same Help topic, and look in the "Keys for entering data on a worksheet" subtopic for "Fill to Right" Got it JE, thanks! click in first cells then scroll to end of data Then hold shift key while clicking in last cell you can also do this if you want to select all the cells that have information Click in first cell then scroll down while holding down shift key to the last row with Data. About the only way you can do with out use of the mouse. For me personally I find keyboard shorts cuts awkward at best. And complicated at worst . If I had remember keyboard shortcuts I'd spend most of my time trying to remember the short cut and not doing the work and giving myself a headache in the process. :-) Note this is me.
