Light blue highlighted cell location color

I would like to change the color of the highlighted cell (shows you which cell you are currently at/working in) The outline color is light blue and I need it to stand out more. I am not talking about highlighting an individual cell.

Sorry, but there's nothing in Excel that can change that. Your only
immediate option is to use AppleMenu> System Preferences - Appearance to
select a different Highlight Color. That, however, affects highlighting in
ALL applications including Finder.

You might use Excel's Help> Send Feedback to voice your request to MS. If
they get enough demand they may eventually provide the option in the future.
