I can't seem to locate the Print Preview Icon without having to hit the print icon and use Mac Preview to view a print sample.

Does anyone know where it is and/or to add to the toolbar ??

Tks.

In XL04, choose Tools/Customize/Customize Toolbars/Menus. In the
Customize dialog's Commands pane, select File from Categories, then
Print Preview from Commands. Drag it to a toolbar.

None of the Office 2008 apps have internal Print Preview any longer. In
XL08, use Page Layout View or Print Preview from the Print dialog.

Hi,

It¹s not there.

If you want it back let Microsoft know:

You will have to ask Microsoft product managers that. It is they who decide
what goes into a product and why, and how much development effort they are
willing to dedicate to get it. Post your request in the Help menu under send
feedback.

I found using the Page Layout View is equally effective as the old Print Preview, especially when used in conjunction with the Toolbar. I like the theory but the working-out of this has its flaws, as I've read on these very forums and experienced here at work.
