The numeric pad on the keyboard does work on the spread sheet. The keyboard is not defective as it operates with other Macs. It also will not work with the calculator. All software updats are current on Microsoft 2004. Has anyone had this problem and fixed it? Thanks. Do you mean that the numeric pad does *not* work with XL? If so, there's still lots of missing information: What version of Mac OS? What brand of keyboard? Does it work with *any* application? On the other Macs, does the keyboard work with XL or Calculator? Since it's not working in both XL and Calculator, it doesn't sound on the face of it like an XL problem. It could be a driver issue. |
