All of my Excel docs, even the default, have margins that are 4 inches
wide by 3.5 inches high.  Page setup says the sheet is US Letter (8.5
x 11).  Any change in the page setup does not change the margins.  I
have opened up the spreadsheet(s) on another machine and they are
fine.  I've even used AppleWorks (yikes!!) and it works there.

HELP!!  All of my current spreadsheets are about 30 - 50 pages in
length.

Ah, the pain of being an early adopter...

Don't know the answer, since I'm still on Tiger, but printing is almost
entirely a system function, and XL gets its metrics from the selected
print driver, so the first thing I'd do is make sure you're using the
correct one.
