Is there a way to format how the pivot tables results on displayed? My pivot table will list invoices for a certain time period. I'd like the results to be sorted by invoice number. Sorting - double click on the button-like titles of rows or columns In the pivot table field box, click Advanced... and note sorting options Summing columns - In Pivot Table Wizard, step 3, click Options... and chose whether to sum rows or columns or both Formatting - In Pivot Table Wizard, step 3, click Layout... double click a field name in the data field, Click Number... and see the options for formatting With a click-click here and a ... you can do it. jpdphd |
