The school I work at is trying to create Photo IDs badges for every
student and teacher. We have created an excel file with all of the
relevant information for the badge and we have taken photo of each
student and saved then into appropriate class folders in our Pictures
section. I read online that you can add a column to the Excel file
that will allow you to also merge the photos by typing in the path
name of the photo. I have tried to do this, but have not been
successful yet. Any ideas? How do I designate the path of that file?
At this point if this does not work we are stuck dragging and dropping
each folder into the individual badges after they have been merged
with the student information.

If the path is the same for all pictures, you don't need to put that in the Excel file, you just need the image name & extension -
the path can go in the 'INCLUDEPICTURE' field in the Word document.
