Whenever I startup Excel,  I get an old doc as the startup doc and can't
figure out why it is opening or how to stop it. It is a doc I created a
couple of years ago but it opens as a default. And AFAIK, it isn't saved as
a template...

Thanks In Advance,
Jeff

Preferably while Excel isn't running: Take a look in Applications\Microsoft
Office 2004\Office\Startup\Excel & see if it happens to be there. If so,
remove it from that folder... that might do it.

Look in
Applications/Microsoft Office 2004/Office/Startup/Excel
that's where the relic might reside!
