Creating address labels in Excel

I have a data base of names and addresses of businesses in Excel and I
would like to create a list of all of them with just their Names,
Addresses, City, State and Zip codes so I can print them out as labels
on standard sheets of labels from Office Depot.
Is this possible?  It would save allot of time rather than writing
them out by hand.
Thanks for any help.

Sure it's possible, but not terribly easy using just excel. Your best
approach is to use word and the mailing list manager. Use you Excel workbook
as a data source, and one of word's built in label templates. Check help in
WORD for examples. If you are still having trouble, post back here.

Your best bet is to use the XL workbook as the data source for a Word
data merge, using Word's Tools/Labels... wizard. There you can set your
label size exactly, and lay out your fields the way you want them.

See "Create labels by using the Data Merge Manager" in Word Help.
