I posted this question on another excel for mac board but stumbled
into this one:

Is there a way to change the appearance of the pivot table field list
from a square white box to one that is longer and shows all the fields
like one has on excel for windows?

Sorry David - Pivot Tables are implemented differently in Mac XL, but all
the fields should be displayed on the PT Toolbar.
