Worksheet1, column A job and person name, i.e. "Big Job - Dave"
I need Worksheet 2 to bring in all instances of "- Dave"

I have used VLOOKUP but I am not sure how to do this one.

Help!

You might want to look at the 'Advanced Filter' tool.  It can filter a list
and report it to another worksheet.

Why are you posting the same issue more than once? You now have responses in
two different places - both involving the use of Filter features the program
has to offer.
