Unique cells by date

I did a paste special from worksheet 1 to worksheet 4.

I want worksheet 4 to look at the job name column (A) and show one of
each unique name. There will be lots of duplicates so I want the
newest copy of each unique name as defined by my date column (B)

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Search Help for Autofilter. Look at extracting unique values.
