Font colors print differently

How is it a font shows up on my screen as red, but prints black?

With no more info than this to work with my only guesses are that you are
either a)using a non-color printer, or b) running one or more empty ink
cartridges.

For anything other than that we need complete information.

More info:  The cels which do not print correctly are linked via paste
special from worksheet 1.  The cel color is determined by conditional
formatting.  However, when I change the text color, it show up fine on
the screen but it does not print correctly.
