Make sure that OS X is up-to-date also & run repair permissions, then try a
gain. If that results in the same problem it means Excel can't find or can't
load the basic function resource add-in required to support the other
add-ins. If you've moved anything in the Office folder hierarchy that could
be the cause of the problem, or it could be a missing or damaged file.
Take a look in Applications/MS Office 2004/Office/Add-ins/Analysis Tools to
see if FuncRes is there. If it is, Control+Click it to Get Info & check the
Ownership & Permission are set to Read & Write. If you can't find it or if
this suggestion doesn't work you may have to reinstall the Analysis Tool Pak
from the Office CD. Post back with what you find.
