Hey everyone,

Somehow I managed to close whatever toolbar it is that you can type
directly into to enter stuff into a cell.   Now I can only enter text
by typing directly into a cell (which isn't bad, but I would like the
toolbar back)!
I went through the list of toolbars in Tools>Customize>Customize
Toolbars/Menus but I couldn't find the checkbox that controls that
toolbar.

thanks!

Thanks!  That did it!   I didn't realize that the 'Formula Toolbar'
was different from the other toolbars... thanks again!
