Coppy Issue: Apple+C

Hi,
I¹m experiencing a very strange issue:
Whenever I use Apple+C to copy content regarless the type of content (cell
content or just the text of the cell or formulas) - Excel crashes very
badly.
BUT if I use the Menu via Edit Copy (might be labeled differently, though
I¹m using a german version) it works well.
As I use keyboard shortcuts on a regular basis, this is very inconvenient
and time consuming (back to the beginning) for me.

I use Mac OS X 10.4.9 Build 8P2137 on a Macbook Pro with an Intel Core2Duo
Chip.
My Office is a Microsoft Office for Mac 2004 Version 11.3.5 (070411).
So at least I got all the updates so far ;)

I appreciate your help very much!

Thanks
Patrick

First thing I'd try is, with all Office applications closed, renaming
the Microsoft preferences folder:

   ~:Library:Preferences:Microsoft

(where ~ is your home directory). Then start XL and see if the problem
is solved. If it is, then, if you have customizations that you want to
save, you can try moving non-XL, non-Office preference files back into
the new Microsoft folder.

Hi,

Thanks for your thoughts - I'll try it this afternoon after work :)

Cheers
