Does anyone know how to create an electronic application? I'm trying
to create one that is equipped with drop down boxes to simplify the
process. I'm assuming you know to use a vlookup formula that is on a
separate sheet. Please let me know if you can help.

Sure I can help. I do this all the time for a living. But, I'll need a
teensy bit more information in order to assist you. What kind of
application? Who are the users? What information are you trying to collect?
What will it be used for etc. etc.
