Printing Excel for Mac v11.2.5

I have encountered problems printing spreadsheets - in that aspects
seem to reformat for no apparent reason.

For example, an accountancy column looks fine on screen, but when
printed some figures are hidden outside the cell.

It appears as if, despite formatting column width, the column is
defaulting to a standard width. On screen it looks absolutely as it
should.

I recall having these issues with Excel on a Mac in the past and I have
had to resort to using a Windows version which doesn't seem to suffer
from this print bug.

I would be grateful for any views on these print issues.

Thanks

Ian

The times I have experienced this it was a print driver issue rather
than a strictly XLMac problem. First make sure the driver for your
printer is  up to date.

If that doesn't help, often changing the print quality setting
(File/Page Setup...) from Normal to High, or, in some cases the reverse,
fixes the problem.
