Today I can no longer obtain a fill handle by pointing to the lower
right corner of a cell; the cursor does not change. I've quit and
restarted with a blank worksheet, and loaded last week's Office
upgrade, but all to no avail. I have no idea why this has happened. Is
there a preference setting or someting?  - I can't seem to find one.
Help!

Never mind - I've answered my own question. The "allow drag and drop"
preference is what controls fill handles. I've no idea why it was
turned off, but all is well again.
