Hello--Just installed Eudora 6.1.1 (Light version) on OS 10.3.5, and can't find the Balloon Help feature. Is this no longer supported? TIA. Bummer, but thank you for your reply. I was hoping to use Balloon Help to identify a mailbox column that wasn't present in the previous version of Eudora that I used (4.3.3 Light), but is in 6.1.1. This new column appears between the Message Status and Priority columns. The icon at the top of the column is so small on my screen that I can't tell what it is. You can enlarge each column : put the cursor just between two columns (but not on the titles-bar) and it transform itself in drawer you can use for enlarging. You can also select which columns are displayed in your mailboxes : Special --> Settings --> Mailbox Display ---> Columns JPaul. Since some 80% of the mail that I get is Spam (nearly 10000 spams this year), and Eudora's Spam filter is 94% effective at getting rid of it, I find Eudora's spam filter quite wonderful. The spam is gone.... Nope, I'm convinced it's a can of sardines or anchovies. (Spam comes in a tall can.)
