Yup, I have several times. A robot replies first, and if it doesn't
answer your question, you can reply and a human will read it.

Hmm. It would seem not. I seem to recall that it did, once upon a time,
but no more I guess.
Make sure that whatever mail filters you may have aren't accidentally
blocking Eudora's reply mail.

I've been checking that. I just got a real reply today but I never
did get an auto-acknowledgele (I keep my Junk for 14 days). I guess
I should have waited 10 days before complaining. ;)
