Has anybody received a reply using the paid mode email technical support? I sent something in just over a week ago, and I haven't even received a confirmation email. Make sure that whatever mail filters you may have aren't accidentally blocking Eudora's reply mail. Cheers! I just got a real reply today but I never did get an auto-acknowledgele (I keep my Junk for 14 days).
