I don't know about the junk scores, because I'm using 6.1 Light, but
printing the mail list works the way it always did; open the mailbox
window to get the list view, go Cmd-A to list all, Cmd-C and then paste
into, say, TextEdit. Print from there.

That works for all column but the junk score column:-(
