First, in Settings->Toolbar, make sure the Function Key settings are
both checked. Also, make sure Show Toolbar is checked.
Then, just Command-click on any toolbar "slot". If the slot is already
empty, you don't even need to hold Command.
A popup will appear, directing you to choose the menu command you want
to assign to the slot.

Ah -- I was confused for a bit, but I see that this only works in Paid
or Sponsored mode. Thanks, though.
