Sync Palm addresses

I have the latest version of Eudora on Mac OS X but the directions for
setting up address sync is placing the Eudora Address Conduit in the Palm
conduit folder. The issue is that I do not have that folder. I'm using ver
4.1 of Palm Desktop and there is no folder for conduits in the
/applications/palm  path. Is it somewhere else?

Thanks.

Sorry for the earlier question I found the conduits folder in the OS X
system folder.

The issue now is that when I sync addresses with Eudora I get the following
error dialog:

Couldn't save the document.
633305+ 5 (-45); The document is locked. {13:1740}

The sync has worked but I always get the above error with the beginning
section changing each time.

Any help or direction appreciated.

K.
