Mac Forum / Applications / Eudora / March 2004

I'm trying to help a friend that uses Eudor light with Bellsouth DSL.
Since her box was full she deleted all the mail, however it didn't
delete it from the server. From looking at other posts I see I can go
to Tools/Options/Checking mail - uncheck 'Leave mail on server' to
prevent this in the future.
But how do I get the mail remaining on the server deleted?  She has
called the help desk butthey say they don't support Eudora.
I've never used Eudora or Bellsouth DSL but am someone compentent on a
pc although not the Mac.
Any help or pointers to help appreciated.
