Just a guess, but this sounds similar to the error message when PGP
isn't properly installed.  Try reinstalling SpamWatch.

Thanks, Kathy.  Now, a dumb question (in the meantime I'll be
looking) I hope I can install it separately from Eudora.  I imagine I
can download it from the Eudora site.

Appreciate your help.

Urk.  I assumed you had some third party spam catching software or
plugin.  It may be that you need to install or activate Eudora's
spamwatch or plugins.  If you're using OS X, go to the Finder and Get
Info on the Eudora application.  Click on the drop-down triangle for
Plug-ins and make sure that the spamwatch plugins are all activated.  If
you're in pre-X, you may have to move a plugin into the Eudora Stuff
folder.

Thanks, again, Kathy.  No luck, but I did receive a response from
Qualcomm.  It also says the PGP isn't properly installed, namely
PGPemailer, PGPLIB, and PGPmenu-none of which I have.  So,
you are quite an expert!  I'm on 9.1.  Hate to re-install Eudora--
have to investigate futher after work.

I've gone through the steps they've suggested, but they
don't work, including doing a File Type Search for "thng".
