regarding Eudora 6.0.2, running under Panther (10.3.2):
on: http://www.eudora.com/download/eudora/mac/6.0.2/Release_Notes.txt,
you can read:

but hey: the "attach"-button _is_ re-enabled under Panther, but it comes
with a price: the "insert"-button seems to be gone for good (not even
longer greyed out) -- drag&drop works, and, as Critz mentioned, you can
choose: "Edit>Text>Insert Graphic" -- BUT: no shortcut! nothing in the
cmd-h-dialogue! I guess this is a bad move. I consider this a downgrade.
