If you are using a Yahoo SMTP server, they now require you
to prove that you own any address you insert in a "From:" header,
apparently to reduce forged spam messages.

This is for you to do at Yahoo; Eudora is not involved,
and it would be just the same with any email client.

Other reports (on Qualcomm's Eudora forums) say that
Yahoo keeps bouncing these sporadically in error,
even if you have "verified" the addresses;
if so, Yahoo is simply going awry,
and no one else can fix their problems for them,
while their new systems are "under construction."

Some users said that Yahoo posted a notice
to "use the old system meanwhile"
(I hope that means something to all you Yahoo users :)
