this UTF8 Eudora plugin also for Mac?

Can I make this UTF8 plug in mentioned on
http://www.windharp.de/software/utf8iso.htm to work for Eudora for Mac?

No, Eudora plugins are platform-specific.

I believe John Delacour had some tools to improve Eudora's UTF-8 support
(which is already there, partially) on MacOS X.
