If I get mail from someone@someisp.com that address will go into my
history.

If at a later date I start typing into the To line and type

som

this should expand to someone@someisp.com

In fact it frequently expands to someone-someisp.com

Looking more closely I can see that in the History List of the Address
Book Window

That's just the Nickname that has been assigned to someone@someisp.com
--someone-someisp.com will expand to someone@someisp.com

And it should only get added to the Nicknames when you *send* to it, not
receive.  Otherwise, all that spam I get would end up causing my white
list filtering approach to fail.

I realised that after I had written the post, but was not smart enough
to delete the post before sending it. Thanks anyway.
