Punctuation in 6.2

I seem to be having a problem with punctuation since upgrading to 6.2
Please see below.

didnèt   Yourès   wonèt    havenèt     Canèt   etc

That should be a apostrophe (') not as shown above.

You have a problem with your newsreader, too. To transmit special,
non-ASCII characters, you need to send messages with MIME and
charset header:

http://www.smfr.org/mtnw/docs/TextEncoding.html

Always use the straight ASCII apostrophe (') in e-mail.
Do not use "curly" quotations marks.
