I'm on a G4 with OS 10.4.8. Same here :) But given that it crashes for all of you: I'm in fact running 6.2.4b6. I always thought that was the exact same as the final 6.2.4. Maybe it isn't... I found that beta on my disk reinstalled it...bingo. Test settings works without crashing.... I don't know what "test settings" is supposed to do for me so I probably won't miss using it. Try to do a check and send? If I want to test that, well -- I'll do a check and a send! I have much more faith in that in any case.
