Hi,

Does anyone know what the possible values are for
<x-eudora-setting:66>, i.e. the eudora setting which controls what
Eudora does when a correspondent has requested a receipt for his mail ?
I have not been able to find any information on it, and the dialog that
pops up in Eudora does not contain any information on the possible
values either.

Thanks in advance !

Ciao,
Mario

FWIW, partial answer at http://tinyurl.com/ljm7m

Hi Darrell et al.,

Thanks for your input. Based on this and some trial-and-error, I found
out what the possible values of the setting are:

-  Default (i.e. no value is set) = Ask user whether to send return
receipt or not
-  Value "0" = Same as default, i.e. ask user whether to send a return
receipt or not
-  Value "1" = Automatically refuse to send a return receipt (i.e.
never send a return receipt and do not ask the user anything)
-  Value "2" = Automatically send a return receipt (i.e. always send a
return receipt and do not ask the user anything)

Hope this helps others.

Ciao,
Mario
