Hi all,

Using the webmail facility of my provider when not at home is very
handy. But I would like to have my 'archive' complete in Eudora at home.
When fetching mail Eudora fetches the content of the In-box, how do I go
about fetching the content of the Sent-box?
Or should I use the copy to self option.

That's probably the simplest option.

Thanks, Peter. But this suggests it also can be achieved in another way.
Is there another way?

Well the most fundamental is to get an Imap account, in which the mail
is kept and managed on the server. Then you can access your mail from
anywhere, using any machine. But I've always preferred to use POP3 and
have my mailbase stored locally. It depends on what your needs are.

You'll probably need to use the copy to self option.

We found   :-)   , by guessing around, a solution that works: we
selected all mail in the Sent box and moved them to In. After the usual
Apple-M everything landed 'home'. Next we selected all the new (Find:
Status Unread; indeed I have many mailboxes) messages and clicked
Message|Change|Status|Sent: my name disappeared and the italicized names
of the receivers appeared - as I like it. Having them thus in my
archives makes searching very much easier.

Thanks for taking the trouble, Peter and Kathy  cheerio   Stof
