Here is the strange part: If I we send each other (or ourselves) an
email and open it with Eudora there is no signature. If I check the
message using webmail, the signature is there. I have also noticed
that when people reply to me, my signature is there. Seems odd.

I found no reference to the issue in the Eudora support site.
Two machines with the same problem. The same provider I assume.
I would suspect your provider has done something on their end that is
affecting it. Of course, getting them to admit to it is going to be like
talking to a brick wall.

But you say below that it *is* getting out since you can see it in their
replies to you. What makes you think that the recipient is not getting
it?

A few thoughts:
1. Are you getting signatures on other people's messages to you? If so,
then Eudora/the mail server is unlikely to be stripping signatures.
2. Have you tried sending a single message to two recipients, a friend
and to yourself. If your friend gets the signature and you don't, then
you know there is a problem. If neither of you get the signature, then
check your sending preferences. If both of you get it, there is nothing
wrong.
Cheers

If you're viewing messages in the Preview Pane with Content Concentrator
active, signatures are suppressed.
