Filter action to "delay-send" certain outgoing messages?

When my spouse replies to certain messages and includes herself in the
Cc: list, she'd like to have all of these copies coming back to her be
delayed by a fixed amount of time, e.g. "10 days from today".

(This provides a kind of "automated tickler file function".  A mainframe
mail program she once used had this capability and she found it very
useful.)

Any way to automate this using filters?  We can of course design a
filter to identify any outgoing messages that are also copied to her;
but I don't identify any filter action or other capability in Eudora to
change the queuing so as to delay-send a message after a fixed or
specified delay from today (i.e., from the time the filter operates).

The filters do include as Actions "Make status Timed Queue."  I don't
know if this would do what you want or not; you'd have to experiment
with it.  I think what would happen is that the message would not go out
to anyone until after the delay.

A work-around would be to first send the message to everyone else, then
change the message status to sendable, change the addresses by removing
everyone else and sending the message just to herself with a timed
queue.  This would be tedious to do manually but should be scriptable to
do with Applescript or maybe Automator.
