I'm trying 6.2.3 to decide if it's any better than 6.0.2.  I had paid
for the earlier version, but I'm testing 6.2 in SPONSORED mode (under
10.2.8).

Just as with 6.0, I still get a large number of the following messages
in 'system.log'.  Over 150 of the "Eudora...invalid window" message
appeared in a few seconds before the 'WindowServer' message.  These
messages seem to be produced for every Eudora startup.  Is  it a
configuration error that causes this, or is is an unresolved bug in
Eudora?

 ...Eudora.app/Contents/MacOS/Eudora:       <line wrap>
    kCGErrorIllegalArgument : CGSGetWindowProperty: Invalid window
 ...WindowServer[6776]: CGXGetWindowProperty: Invalid window 84402272
 ...last message repeated 46 times

And Qualcomm still hasn't improved that horrible hack for the Scripts
menu...

Does anyone know of a significant improvement from 6.0 to 6.2?

Thanks

Curious. I have no such errors in my system.log (or any of the saved
older logs). I use 6.2.3 under OS 10.4.2.

I haven't tried Eudora under sponsored mode though.

Maybe it is your OS version.....

I've always used sponsored mode, since it was introduced.  And while I
remember seeing a few such messages a long time back, I'm not seeing
them now -- also with 6.2.3 and 10.4.2.
