I just discovered that there seem to be 150 or so Eudora "Spool Folders"
on my HD having names like "Eudora nicknames.2.6.18.44", contents that
are mostly aliases but occasionally (rarely) a JPEG or .xls or other
file, and Dates Modified that go back several years.
Can I trash these? -- or better yet, set a preference to have them never
be created, or self-erased after use?
(When my spouse manages to get three separate versions of Eudora
installed on her horribly disorganized laptop, each with multiple
settings files and desktop aliases, so that her settings keep changing
or jumping around all over the place, and I'm trying to help clean up
the mess without in the process trashing accidentally trashing all her
different mailboxes, having 343 of these spool files show up when I do a
Finder search for anything containing the name Eudora is not a helpful
situation.)
