I have just created a new email identity in Entourage and wish to copy a folder full of emails from my original identity across to this new identity. Can someone please explain what I need to do?

Drag that folder to the desktop. This will create an MBOX file. You can then
drag the file into your new Identity.
See these movies for dealing with MBOX and .rge files.
