Hello, I would like to rearrange the folder views in entourage. I have multiple accounts (3 IMAP and 1 exchange) i am checking and i would like to have "On My Computer" be the first "Folder" at the top but it is the last folder and i cannot find how to arrange the "accounts / folders".

The default account set the folder that is at the top. You would need to
create a fake account and select it as default to get the folders "On My
Computer" folders to be on top. This would then present the problem of using
the reply using default account.

Drag the Inbox from folders "On My Computer" to the Favorites bar for easy
access to those folders.

See this page for Inbox views and more info:

Your default account will always be on the top and then rest of the account
comes alphabetically.
